- If you make an enquiry and you do not subsequently instruct us, we will retain your personal data for 12 months, so as to assist you and our team should you wish to revert to us again in regards to that enquiry
- If you make an enquiry and you subsequently instruct us, we will retain your personal data for 15 years, to meet our obligations in relation to maintaining your file
- After the above time periods have lapsed, we will destroy your personal data; additionally, you can contact us at any time to request that your data be destroyed
- You may cancel your registration or update your preferences at any time
- If you do not want to receive information about our products or services, please update your account preferences (where available), check the appropriate box when registering and/or utilise the “unsubscribe” mechanism within the communications that you receive from us

User-supplied information
Following the use of our service, Muve may ask you for other information, such as completing a customer satisfaction survey.
