Senior Conveyancer
About the Role
Muve is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Conveyancer to join our growing team. In this high-volume, remote role, you’ll manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions while delivering exceptional service to our clients. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth case progression and supporting our mission to provide top-tier legal services.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver outstanding customer service and meet performance targets in a high-volume environment
· Manage a caseload of residential transactions including Leasehold, Remortgage, New Build, and Shared Ownership
· Ensure timely and accurate case progression, aligned with company standards
· Collaborate with colleagues across teams to ensure seamless case handling
· Maintain accurate case records on Muve’s customer portal (Hoolwa) in line with SLAs and compliance policies
· Respond to client queries, calls, and complaints, escalating when necessary
· Maximise revenue opportunities from conveyancing services
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory and CLC requirements
· Provide daily updates on case progression
· Encourage and maintain positive client feedback via platforms like Trustpilot and Google Reviews
Qualification, Skills & Experience
Required:
· Comfortable travelling to our head office in Richmond (London) up to 4 times per year
· Experience working in a volume conveyancing environment
· You will likely have around 5 years’ post qualified experience in residential conveyancing or equivalent experience, enabling you to manage a varied and high volume caseload with minimum supervision
· Detail orientated and highly organised with a proactive approach to case progression
· Proven experience in a volume conveyancing firm
· Strong time management and multitasking abilities
· Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
· In-depth knowledge across a range of transaction types including Shared Ownership, New Build, Auction and Leasehold.
Preferred (Not Essential):
· CLC qualification

Hours: Monday-Friday/9.00am-5.30pm
