Customer Service Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with some experience in customer service and administration who thrives working in a dynamic and engaging environment, someone who is meticulously organised and takes pride in providing excellent administrative support and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails professionally and promptly
- Maintain and update client records and case management systems with accuracy
- Communicate effectively with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders
- Assist in onboarding new clients via third-party CRM systems
- Allocate new clients to the onboarding team and manage data flow efficiently
- Monitor key deadlines and follow up on outstanding documentation
- Process invoices and incentive vouchers for referring agents
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Travel to Richmond office (up to 6 times a year)
- Minimum of 1 + years administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems
- Experience in legal, conveyancing, or customer service roles is preferred but not required
