Content & Brand Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Copywriting & Content Creation: Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for web, social media, email campaigns, and internal/external communications.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow Muve’s social media presence for both B2C (home movers) and B2B (Estate agents, and mortgage brokers). Create engaging content, oversee scheduling, and monitor performance to drive reach and engagement.
- Creative and Copy Review: Review and optimise marketing designs and copy to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact, driving measurable business results.
- Brand Management: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all communication reflects Muve’s professional and trusted identity.
- CRM & Email Marketing: Support and execute CRM and email marketing campaigns (experience with HubSpot is an advantage).
- Digital PR & Outreach: Identify and coordinate digital PR opportunities to strengthen Muve’s online reputation and visibility.
- Sales Collateral: Collaborate with the B2B sales team to develop effective marketing materials, presentations, and sales decks.
- Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a professional services, property, or technology-driven environment.
- Exceptional written and spoken English with an eye for tone, grammar, and storytelling.
- Proven ability to write high-quality marketing copy.
- Strong design sensibility, able to review and optimise creative work.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with CRM or email marketing tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Proactive, organised, and analytical mindset with a drive to continuously improve marketing performance.
